My complaint:
I have ordered many stuff for my shop from Aliexpress but unfortunately most of them was cheap, fake , broken and useless , I requested return for a massive reception desk that sent to me in very bad painting condition and many cracks on it but after asking for return they provided me a royal mail return label that has 3 problem:
The return address on the label is look like a fake address that is not recognisable with post office
The item is bigger than 1.5 meter and podt office does not accept it
I can not carry this big desk to post office to return it.
Suggested solution:
To return the item and get my money back
