My complaint:
I bought an item and it came with a wrong part of it.
It is a card audio devide that the cable is not for my car.
i tried to talk to ali express and they don´t look to be willing to fix the problem
the seller asked me to not open a dispute just so can he win some time and i got nothing but the missing time to open a dispute
Suggested solution:
sending me anothee correct item for my car as i sent them the videos
