My complaint:
I ordered some clothes and I have not recieved them I checked on tracking and it says items failed to be delivered on both deliveries but there is no calling card and the post office says they don’t have the items. I have message Ali express but they keep fobing me off or ignoring me and now they change the status of one of my delivery as tracking detail unavailable
Suggested solution:
Give me back my money as I won't be using them again and I will be putting a review about their bad service.
