AliExpress complaint: No refunds when items don’t arrive

My complaint:

Aliexpress indicates that items have arrived in destination country but this is not true. When a refund request is made, Aliexpress is denying such refund and say that item has not been picked up!

Suggested solution:

Solve the issue!
