AliExpress complaint: I didn’t receive my item,Aliexpress doesn’t care about my evidence

My complaint:

I bought a media device for my car on Aliexpress on 2252021 . I have been expecting my parcel till now , never received. tracking number shows was delivered on 1162021 . I got a letter from my local post saying that the parcel was delivered to flat1 , 7 st. David’s hill , while my address is flat 2 ,7 st David’s hill. I have asked flat 1 if he got my parcel he denied.
I have made an appeal tried to attach the evidence to my appeal,but the system doesn’t let me to attach it. I have made more than 5 chat contacts asking agents to help me and I was promised they have enclosed the letter for my appeal, again my claim was unsuccessful and rejected. Aliexpress customer service is rubbish, they even don’t bother to read my explanations.
ation of delivery doesn’t mean the parcel was delivered to me , I have evidence that the parcel was shipped to someone else by seller mistake, I want my money to be refunded asap

Suggested solution:

I need my money back , I have a proof , a letter from the post saying that the parcel was delivered to someone else not me . I paid £361.40 but got just headaches with irresponsible Aliexpress team . I need my money in full to be refunded
