My complaint:
I have ordered an item from Aliexpress, waited for almost 10 days and contacted the seller with no luck, the seller do not want to send the item.
I contacted Aliexpress help center to file and complaint and demand a compensation about the time I lost and still no luck, they promised to reply to my complaint but they never did.
Aliexpress told me that I will get a refund but it will take almost a month.
Suggested solution:
They will eventually cancel my order, but I want an compensation of my time I lost not less than $25 coupon
