My complaint:
I want to file a complaint against AliExpress, the reason is, I did not receive the goods and did not receive a refund, order number: 8149994108867603. On 14.06.2022, I received message that the delivery failed. I opened a dispute, but the result did not change, I contacted the seller, however, the seller advised me to contact the customer service. An attempt to contact the customer service did not work, another attempt to talk to the onlne chat also failed.
Suggested solution:
I still would like to receive the item or refund, hope you can help.
