My complaint:
I ordered two radmi phones from AliExpress but was sent two inferior phones wherein the ram was not as described,the battery was separate and all new phones have built in batteries ..on numerous conversations to customer service I continually got told I would get email ing refund,I received no such email just given a runaround until the time runs out on their 60 policy..I have submitted evidences several times both to seller and to AliExpress but no resolution has been reached
Suggested solution:
They should resolve it by giving me a refund which they said they would do..I kept the conversations of said promised refund
