My complaint:
Android tablet bought for $135 in May 2023. Used for about a month then I notice a black semi circle on the screen near a bezel. Tablet stops taking a charge and then I noticed that the black semi circle on the screen is next to the USB charge port. Contacted supplier who suggested taking it to a local shop for assessment. Local shop said it’s broken. Told seller plus supplied picture and video. No response. Note that the 15 days from delivery open dispute is not an option. For in touch with AliExpress who promised to look into it. That was over 2 weeks ago and despite me chasing, they have failed to respond. Order ID is 8168635115233492
