My complaint:
I purchased an item having a shipping method via DHL from Germany and supposed to arrive by 25322. Seller gave me a tracking number that is not a DHL tracking number and Cainio is marking such number as ‘Pending Shipping’. I contacted their live agent several times and they never acknowledge that tracking is fake and keep on saying that the item was sent and that I have to wait 10 days to open a dispute. Ten days passed and I still cannot open a dispute! Their live agents do anything to get rid of you! Totally inept and collaborating with crooked sellers who allow one to pay for goods with the intention t provide fake tracking hoping that the sellers never open a dispute! SHAME ON ALIEXPRESS! Better business elsewhere!
Suggested solution:
In cases such as these, it is clear that the seller did not send item as per shipping method and also provided a tracking number that is still indicated as 'pending shipping' or number does not exist! Aliexpress should have refunded immediately and should not allow fraudulent sellers on their website.
