My complaint:

I opened a dispute with them a month ago, they said wait 10 days. I waited still not refunded. They send another email saying wait another 10 days, still again no refund. Then they send another Email again saying wait another days, I did, and still no refund even though it was promised to me by a representative in online chat support.
I want my refund, it’s been 2 months and it’s not here. The tracking has been all over the place
