My complaint:
1. Aliexpress emailed me on February 1, 2024, and asked to return the goods, and the seller would pay the return shipping fee, which I did accordingly (see attached Evidence p.1)
2. I sent back the goods on February 6, 2024, and it cost me $54.97 (see attached Evidence p.2)
3. Aliexpress emailed me on March 5, 2024, to inform me that the goods had been delivered to the seller.
4. Aliexpress emailed me on March 11, 2024, stating that the request had exceeded the Aliexpress protection period as an unacceptable stupid excuse; hence, they didn’t want to reimburse me. I followed Aliexpress’ instructions and continued communicating with them, and it is impossble to exceed the protection period. Aliexpress’s response is totally unacceptable. It is a new way for Aliexpress to scam people.
Suggested solution:
Reimburse me as they promised
