AliExpress complaint: Aliexpress does not refund for the item that already returned

My complaint:

I purchased a mobile gimbal stabilizer (Baseus 3-Axis Control Handheld Gimbal Stabilizer), on 1-July-2022. Order ID : 8152115021058085.
Received the item and realized that does not work properly in many ways, the app is unstable, crashes too frequently and bluetooth connection is unstable as well. It loses the stabilization while shooting, and motor mostly fails to decide on correct alignment – even it’s correctly calibrated.
So I started dispite process and returned the item, paid extra for shipping, on 21-July-2022.
It is arrived to the destination – not picked up by seller, still seems in post office.
I contacted with customer agents more than 20 times, they have copypaste answers and don’t solve anything. The history of dispute attached – it says AliExpress needs a bit more info, they postpone it every 10 days, I provided every proof to the agents, and they say – enough proof is provided. But still they keep my money and the extra amount I paid for shipping.
As per agents response, the issue escalates to the higher management team always. But nothing is happening. No response, no refund.. nothing! They say they have buyer protection. They are protecting the seller and themselves.
I still wait for the refund of $ 107 for almost 3 months. ($79.23-for item, 27.77-for shipping)

Suggested solution:

Full refund of $107, ASAP.
