My complaint:
advertising wine in there charismas magazine in bold writing for all to see but when you buy this wine on offer you get told sorry the offer is only in England. talk about being British and the store manager comes along and turns the magazine over to the back and shows me the smallest print ever seen saying only in England not wale or Scotland so wrong.
Suggested solution:
stop fouls advertising treat your customers the same
