My complaint:
Having purchased a large family pie at your store labeled Chunky Beef Angus pie I found it unsuitable in what the label states.
We have always enjoyed the large pies from Aldi but have noticed that the brand we used to buy has gone.
To our surprise when starting to eat our evening meal the only thing chunky in the pie was the carrots the so called chunky beef turned out to be pulled beef not as stated on the packaging,but the dog enjoy it but we did not.
Cost was $7.95 the previous stock line was $5.50 and the quality was far more superior
Suggested solution:
Randomly check the suppliers products ex the stock on shelf,
to ensure that it is up to the standard Aldi and customers expect
