Aldi complaint: Non Delivery – Twice now

My complaint:

I ordered a Fridge and paid for it on 29012022. Item No. 707825
I received a text message on 14022022 telling me it would be delivered on 16022022 – I accepted the delivery option. No one turned up.
I received another text message on 16022022 telling me it would be delivered on 19022022, and again no one turned up.
I emailed Aldi on 16022022 asking what happened to my delivery. I received an email from Aldi on 17022022 telling me it would be delivered on 19022022 – no answer as to why they didn’t deliver as agreed.
I again emailed Aldi on 19022022, made a comment on twitter, and it is now 8:30am on 21022022 – still no communication from Aldi.
I have had a gutful and fed up.
Why is there no phone number to contact Aldi? Or is it because they screw up many, many times?
