My complaint:
I wish to complain about your indoor plants, today Sunday 3rd April 2022 I shopped at the Baguley store. The plants are piled on top of one another not only being broken and flattened, they are not watered, practically dead. What a disgraceful way of looking after a product that is selling for £3.99. You probably have over a £100 worth of dead products sat near the check outs. Why what poor product control. Then the prices will go up as you are not selling the plants and will need to make up the profit you are losing. The next time I visit the store I will take a photo, I did complain to the lady on the checkout, she didn’t even make a comment?
Suggested solution:
Store the plants in an well spaced area and water them if needed.
