My complaint:
I was shocked to find out from an attendant that AA does not recycle the beverage containers sold in-flight. In this day age it is despicable that the company allows this material to end up in a land fill…poor corporate oversight.
I am totally disappointed in AA. I have filed a complaint on complain.biz.
Suggested solution:
Take responsibility for the beverages you sell recycle them.
