My complaint:
My name is Greg Garcia , and Barbara Vallejera On october 22 , 2021 , I took a flight from Ft . Lauderdale to Seattle , flight 1107 , it departed 20 minutes late , I was supposed to continue on flight 1412 to Portland Oregon , and after going through check point and had to take a train to gate D 4 , it took awhile to get there , I have never been in Seattle airport , my flight 1412 took off without me , causing me a major delay in my vacation trip . I can assure Alaska air that I will never fly with you guys again , and post my concern in social media . Also , so that you guys know , the restroom in my plane was very dirty and disgusting , Please , let me know the outcome of the investigation , if you guys do one .My email is garciagreg28@yahoo.com , and my phone number is 305 917 5606 . Reinburse my air fare . Even though they put me in a flight leaving Seattle at 530 , fligh number 1247 , but I had to spend the night very uncomfortable seating in a chair all night , I am a 69 year old and my wife is 65 , and that was very unprofessional and not good for Alaska Air .
