My complaint:
I was visit madina market just few minutes ago, I am unsatisfied with staff behavior, even before also same .
I asked for perfume if we not check it’s smell how be can buy that time I was planned to buy 3 4 perfumes but after his reply it’s not a tester I didn’t buy. It’s not good without we checked any item how we can buy. Manager said you are buying frozen items did you check before it’s frozen item how we can check we can just check it’s date only.
It’s totally wrong. Next time will not buy anything from your store even will recommend to my friends also not but anything next time from madina
Suggested solution:
They should put tester there and at least give training to your staff how to behavior with costumes.
