My complaint:
The customer service is really bad as the delivery guys days that they won’t deliver us anytime less than 1 BD however we are their regular customer and they have never failed to deliver us an item as small as for 100 fils but all of a sudden now they aren’t delivering items less than 1BHD, it is usually the guy who attends calls in the morning, it is nowhere mention of this policy anywhere in the mart
Suggested solution:
If there is this rule of not delivering it under 1 BHD , the mart should mention it officially,
