My complaint:
They blocked my number for home delivery because I returned an item when it was their mistake they sent me wrong item .
They said I can’t buy from their shop anymore
First time I have ever experienced such incident in uae! Otherwise it’s always the best in dubai
Basically cos I returned so I’m not allowed it’s soo bad behavior and telling me too many super markets in area get from somewhere
Suggested solution:
By apologizing .
And contacting me I need to speak to the head office complains department
Very poor service
