My complaint:
Cashier (name : Hudaif as per bill)not willing to add my purchase points eventhough i told him to add my points. I gave him my mobile number but he told me some excuses and ask for madina card. I am a regular customer of madina since I’m living near marhaba mall. I have purchase more than 100 dhs grocery.

Suggested solution:
Employees need to be customer friendly. Each and every purchase of customer with their hard earned money should be recognised and valued.
