My complaint:
I made payment to recharge my airtel mifi on the 3rd of December 2023 on their website via link there, payment was made via flutterwave and receipts and ation received immediately same as bank receipt, still data was not active, sent mails to cutsomer care email no resolution.
Then decided to visit ilupeju office they asked for the bank printout and was given to them it took two months to payments even with bank printout and as at 3 weeks after ation of payment by airtel still not resolved
Suggested solution:
They should simple provide service I paid for and they should review huge gaps in the resolution processes if it has to take three months to resolve a complaint reported almost immediately.
