My complaint:

First of all I would like to complain about your boarding staff in Montreal. For some reason they refused to communicate with me in English, If I had a question they kept on, what ever they said, in French. Why?

Secondly your seats are extremely uncomfortable,(Airbus 220-221) they were very hard and a bit to far removed from the window, therefore I was not able to rest against the siding. I had a sore back when I arrived back in Vancouver, it took me 3 days to recover because of that.

Other then that those are the 2 main reasons I will not fly Air transit again.

Your flight staff were friendly, willing to serve and overall accommodating.

Suggested solution:

To make sure the Montreal boarding staff addresses the customer in, in my case, English.

I do not know how to resolve the seating. Air Canada and numerous other airlines have seats that are way thicker and softer. I can imagine It would take a great investment to have the seats converted to a more comfortable level.
