Air Transat complaint: paid club flex but got economy

My complaint:

I originally booked on air transat Montreal to Liberia (RJ3XR1)leaving January 24 2022 with a Club Standard ticket . Then i changed my flight to January 17 Club Standard. Meanwhile my wife, Suzanne LeBon was booked on Club Standard leaving January 10 (KR1C16) with her girlfriend sitting beside her. But her girlfriend cancelled due to the virus and so I attempted to change my flight to January 10. The system said that there were no more seats available in Club Standard even though the seat beside her was empty . I therefore had to upgrade to Club Flex in order to sit with her. This cost me $460.62 . Finally when we boarded on January 10 2022 not only were we not sitting together but there was no Club Class available since the plane had been switched to one with only economy available.
I paid extra to sit with my wife , I paid for Club Class and neither happened. We had economy meals , no TV or entertainment and the WIFI did not work for those sitting near me.
I believe that I should be reimbursed for my charge of $460.62 that was necessary to get a seat with my wife and also I should be reimbursed for the cost of Club class Montreal to Liberia that did not occur.

I believe that I should be reimbursed for my charge of $460.62 that was necessary to get a seat with my wife and also I should be reimbursed for the cost of Club class Montreal to Liberia that did not occur.
