I have booked the tickets on 27/09/2023 from HYD to GOI for the date 05/10/2023, and the flight departure was 3:00pm,the price was 8167.12 INR i have wrongly booked the tickets and then immediately requested for cancellation, firdtly they have to;d me that i will get the refund of amount of rs. 5000 INR and later when i called on oct 3rd, 2023 they said the entore amount has been deducted, i requested for refund for several times.. still there is no response. they kept changing the words and still i believeed in them. Please do help me in getting the refund as it is a huge amount. The agoda Booking Id : 1067977657. Please do needful
