My complaint:
Birkenstock Co. issued a refund of $105 through Afterpay for myself on Dec 7th and I still have not received it. Countless emails trying to get what is rightfully owed to me. But, they just refuse to respond. Please note there have been other complaints of this exact same thing ….. They will not refund your money. So, buyer beware. I will not ever deal with this company again
Suggested solution:
They should give me what is rightfully owed to me. The money that Birkenstock Co.... submitted to them to be returned to me.
There customer service is the worst I've ever experienced and have since closed my account with them and will never ever deal with this company again
