Advance Auto Parts complaint: Horrible customer service

My complaint:

Walked in and was not greeted. There were no other customers in the store. Gave the clerk a few minutes before walking over and asking him if he could help me. They are a UPS drop point I had a package to drop off. I’ve used them often they have always taped my label on. The guy whom said he was a manager refused. I explained to him it had never before been a problem. He still refused. I left took it to an actual UPS package label was taped there with no issue. After, I returned to the Advanced auto part location to ask for that managers bosses information or corporate information. He refused and said the number was on the door. The number on the door was the number to the actual store. Another clerk got involved loud rude and unprofessional. Called me several names and used “they” (I’m black) I will NEVER do business at ANY Advanced Auto Parts location because their customer service is not advanced at allll! I have never felt so disrespected.

Suggested solution:

The “manager” and the clerk involved need to be fired!!! They should not be of service to the public. Keep them in the back picking parts!! No manager at alllll should have let someone walk in the store without a greeting!!! Then to treat me that way over some tape when there was literally no one else needing to be helped is not management material!!
