My complaint:

On 8/62023 i had went to advance auto to exchance spark plugs because the ones i had wasnt any good..i was told thatcthet didnt have any and was treated like i had stolen them..i have been building a corvette and havec3 or 4 diffrent sets on hand..anytime i have returned a item or exchange through warranty they have harrased me and one sold me a starter and didnt record the reciept so i got took for that amount..anyways, i asked if they had anything comparable whick i asked the associate why was it they always seem rud3 to me and disrespectful..with his smart ways he said he was judt doing his job but i asked him where his job was to give me a hard time..next i know the ‘actung manager’ said give him his money back and tell him to hit the road..i said cool i wont ever get another thing from here..thats when he advised me that MIKE the store manager and tiffiny(not sure what her tittle is has said do not war4anty anything for me again..so i also have a bussiness acount which i am closeing today..i say refund me my money and they rang it up and was going to give me $10.00 and some changwme?? I paid over 4 bucks apeice dor these plugs..was no way i was taking 10..i havecl never un my intire life been treated fo rude and disrespectful..i didnt know a associate or even a manager could act that way.i ince seen a manager there tell a new pregnant employee.to suck it up cause she was working or she would loose her job..they dont complain there..im not sure whats going on there but it seems more of a hang outfor young peopla than a bussiness..so i had to go to autozone and pay 40.00 for sparkplugs that should have bewn warranty..i olny wany what was fairly mine and also a apology letter from the manager and 2 emplyess that created this scene..its obvious i have been a topic of there discussion so i am sure my name has been slandered. .also what am i to do with the tools and other parts under warranty??am i just screwed out of that also??

Suggested solution:

Store..manager and employes reprimended to show you knever mistreat a customer and a apology letter from them stating where they where wrong..
