My complaint:
Im missing $350 worth of COD bundles I purchased in 2020. I have proof of all my purchases and provided all the info requested and have gotten nothing but the run around. Completely disappointed in this company. I’ve spent hundreds maybe thousands and this is completely unacceptable. I’ve submitted 2 separate tickets (25514535 25977712) and neither person has helped. Now they’re just not responding at all.
Suggested solution:
I want my bundles back.
