My complaint:
I have been locked out my activision account for nearly 5 months now I have been in touch with activision on more than one occasion with no solution to my issue my account has been hacked to the point I can no longer get a game online without naferiuos charactors using my account an example of this is when joining a game I have hackers joining my game with me and when trying to get rid of the avatars or hackers who are joining my games i cant shake them no matter what platform I am going into its like sometimes they are following me through the platforms just to let me know who is in control because it certainly is not activision. then they leave my group once the game has started and all I am trying to do is get control of my account back but activision just keep sending me back to the same form to fill in without any resolution to my situation or otherwise no help at all none
Suggested solution:
By sending a way I can get back control of my account a secret key for the 2fa so that Ican gain access to close my account.
