My complaint:
My personnel data was taken and my digital property that i had paid for was stolen.
i now cant get anyone from activsion to help me.
i had hackers on the activison twitter offering to help!!!!!!!!
but the company wont?????????
Suggested solution:
get someone to action the data breach, secure the information and return my belonging and digital data.
I had exactly the same thing happen to me. Ive raised a ticket but activision said i hadnt given enough info, i raised another ticket but they didnt respind, ive tweeted 6 times and posted on their facebook page but nothing, not even an acknowledgement. Im not sure where else to go with it.
