My complaint:
I have the physical disc of the game.
Activision have since updated the game and says I need to purchase the digital copy.
I have the original disc hard copy but due to there update the Xbox doesn’t recognise the disc being in the drive…… All over games work fine.
I’ve contacted Activision numerous times. I’ve sent photos etc… Still weeks on no resolution… They seem to be ignoring me now as well.
Suggested solution:
I want them to look into why since the update I can't play a game I've purchased
