My complaint:
I have contacted activision several times within the last month regarding the email change to my account BANG_TIDY_31 and nine times out of ten I don’t get a response. Last week I got a response from them after waiting 2/3 days where they asked me to create a support ticket and reply to them with the case number for investigation.
All was provided and have now been waiting well over a week for a response (like waiting for paint to dry if I’m honest) I then go ahead to create numerous support tickets and even went as far as ringing to company for some useless robot to hang up on me giving g me no advice what so ever the company as a whole offer disgraceful customer service after playing call of duty games for 12 or more years now I would expect better communication from activision as I have spent countless amounts of money on these games and am under heavy consideration as to ever playing call of duty again!
