My complaint:
I have been playing COD mobile since it was released and every COD game prior. Lately it seems that if I do too good in a match I get accused of using cheats. I understand that people do cheat but I never have. Cheating takes the fun and skill out of the game but yet I have been banned for it twice. If their department actually looked into the match to see if actual cheating is taken place. Then they would realize that 20% accuracy and deaths usually indicates not likely cheating. Once you get banned there is no way to dispute it or any way to complain about unfair treatment. Am I supposed to purposely do bad in a match so I don’t get accused of cheating? My whole life I’ve been a fan of Activision but this is unacceptable. Do your job and look into cheating. People spend a lot of time and money into these games and to ban accounts just because you can isn’t right. Basically they are getting away with theft and is criminal!
Suggested solution:
Just look into the matches that people are suspected of cheating before automatically banning them.
