My complaint:
Dear customer service I would like to complain about the call of duty modern warfare II game on PS5 because it was purchased with the PS5 console as a bundle along with star wars jedi fallen order game and a set of game headphones I have installed the game onto the PS5 as well as the campaign file you need in order to play the missions the case says its completely free to play the game however when I load the game and click om the relevant options in order to play the missions it’s asking me to pay £79.99 to unlock all the features I have complained about this before and got a response from the company I replied back to their response over 2 weeks ago and haven’t had a response since and would like this issue to be resolved I am not on the money to be able to afford to pay £79.99 to unlock the features of the game as only on a limited income and considering the case says free to play and dosnt mention anywhere on the case that you need to pay to be able to play the game I class that as misleading

Help to resolve this issue and sort something out so don't need to pay to play the missions as it dosnt mention anywhere you have to pay
