While I was playing, I was suddenly banned without any explanation. What’s worse, my second account was also banned. I have never used cheats or any third-party software — I play fair.
I regularly invest in the game: I earn around $200 monthly and have spent money on the game, including buying the game itself, skins, and battle passes. I also stream your game to help promote it and bring in more players. My TikTok, where I stream, is @babai.kz1 — you can check my gameplay there.
I supported your project, contributed financially, and promoted your game to others. And yet, I was treated like a cheater — which I am not. Please take a closer look at my case and unban both of my accounts.
If this issue is not resolved, I will have to stop playing and supporting your game permanently.
