My complaint:
So I’ve been playing at 7 bit for a long time now and I’ve spent about $9,000 there and I just recently found out about their loyalty bonus program where after you play a little bit of bonus free money you contact them and they will give you a bonus. So that’s what I’ve been doing lately I’ll just play a couple hundred and then ask for a bonus and everything was going good until just recently they started telling me no I have to spend such and such amount of money and then I’ll spend that money and they tell me no again and then they said my bonus ratio was too high. So I went through and added up all my deposits (340) and all my bonuses (21) and I sent them screenshots of the proof that my bonus ratio was only about 5% and they keep telling me it’s at 48% which is impossible because I never even had a bonus for like the first 4 months I played at there casino. I keep going back and forth with their customer service and nobody wants to hear my side of it they are all just rude and treat me like I’m some kind of loser trying to get free money out of them. When I just an opportunity like everyone else gets to win some of my money that I’ve lost back. And they refuse to help me.
