My complaint:

I have cashed out the amount of $2000 the jackpot prize and it’s still not received it’s been 5 business days and still nothing. I have contacted my bank like I was requested by 7bit casino and my bank (nab) asked 7 bit casino to dispute this with my bank as there isn’t any funds from 7bit casino to my bank account.

Suggested solution:

I would like them to dispute and find out the problem as to why I haven't received the funds yet. 5 days and it should be there but it isn't. Here is a photo of the pending amount owed to me.
