My complaint:
I deposited some ETH on 7bitcasino and lost. A few weeks later they emailed me a no deposit bonus of 30 free spins. I played the spins. I won a very small amount of ETH and kept playing and cleared the absurd 50X playthrough. I finished with 0.179 ETH. I submitted for a withdrawal. The live chat said it would be processed in an hour. 5 hours later I checked and no transfer had been received. I checked my email and they said they closed my account for violating their terms and conditions. They refused to provide any additional information. They are a scam website and they close user accounts in the event that a user is fortunate enough to actually win!
Suggested solution:
Pay me my .179 eth.
