My complaint:

I made a deposit and tried withdrawing my winnings to no avail. The max per withdrawal of BTC is 20. I kept getting different error messages stating that I didn’t have enough funds to withdraw or message stating withdrawal error or to contact customer support. I contacted customer support through email and through their message center on the web. I was asked to send a screenshot of the issuemessage which I did. Received an email stating that I didn’t have the amount I was trying to withdraw. I was instructed to use their BTC converter on their website. I used th it BTC converter and tried multiple times to withdraw to no avail. I contacted customer support again and I was to that my withdrawal was successful. I emailed customer support again and was in structed to send in another screenshot about this same issue. I would log in from time to time to check my withdrawal status however I no longer have the amount available and bet history from the winning is gone but I have several emails and a actual screenshot I sent to 7bit casino of the withdrawal amount I was trying to request. I have other screenshots and emails as well. I can only upload one.
