My complaint:
My son has a certified services dog he entered the 7-11 store at east 88th Avenue Boulevard in Welby, Co USA. upon entering the store manager told him that the dog can not come in there. This is against the law in Colorado service dogs are allowed entry into all public places.
Suggested solution:
To inform all staff members that certified service dogs are allowed entry into all public places.
