My complaint:
For the last month at least 2-4 times a week their internet is out so they can only accept cash payments. This is in a very high class area and is super inconvenient. This is almost one of the most expensive gas stationsstores in the area. It’s ridiculous that they can’t get their internet together. Mind you there is only one other gas station in the area so it makes it very difficult and extremely inconvenient. They have definitely lost my business going forward.
Suggested solution:
Get their internet to work. I don’t understand why every other business in the area has their internet and Wi-Fi working expect them. They need to fix this asap.
