My complaint:
My psn account got hacked and so was my 2k which has the same login. I explained to the advisors from 2k my problem but they refuse to unban my account, they say I broke the rules even though the person who did it was the hacker who hacked my account in the first place.
Suggested solution:
I want 2K to unban my account and let me play my career on NBA 2k22 again.
