My complaint:
I have had multiple issues with this game on xbox series etc. they have tooken money from me by false sale advertisement virtual currency. I paid twice for virtual currency and received nothing just a charge to my card twice. During an update my game froze and deleted my myplayer that caused me money as well. i reached out to customer service and nothing was done about it i tried to reach out to them multiple times and still nothing was done about it. this game is scamming people out of there hard earn money and i feel something really should be done about it. its a pay to play game soon as u purchase the game they immediately want you to purchase virtual currency to even give your myplayer a chance to compete. its horrible and its unrighteous.
Suggested solution:
its bigger than me how can they resolve the gamers complaints i want my money back or something my virtual currency from my myplayers
