My complaint:
so I made a first deposit with my master card and I bet with it and when I tried to withdraw with my mastercard it was rejected so I contacted the customer service and they asked me to make a new deposit with another payment method because there is a technical issue so i can’t withdraw with Mastercard since one week so I made a deposit with bitcoin and I bet with all the new deposit and now when I am trying to withdraw with the bitcoin it say the bitcoin method is Not available when I try to withdraw With Mastercard it’s rejected during 8 days they are keeping my money I want my money back
Suggested solution:
Allow me to withdraw using my mastercard I will still complaint every day on every complaints website until I withdraw all my money on my
Mastercard
