My complaint:
I deposit money with mymastercard I bet and I won but when I am trying to withdrawal my withdrawal is rejected when I contact customer support they said that there is a maintenance problem with Mastercard withdrawal and they say if I want to withdraw via a pitcher méthod I have to deposit money with crypto and bet once I deposit Mooney with crypto the crypto withdrawal option became unavailable

Allow me to withdraw my money
