My complaint:
Sir, recently I do a payment of ₹10000 from my upi app payment debited from my bank account but not credited to my gaming account… I try to contact many times with your customer support team but not got the response which I needed… I attach screenshot with bank statement in the message where you can clearly see the date, time, utr no, upi details..your customer support team try to close my query after seeing all this proves.. I got depressed what I do next.. I give them all the proves they say that it’s an timeout issue we can’t do anything
