My complaint:
I had been collecting chips for the past 3 to 4 years (I did purchase some the first year). I had over 3 billion chips and then they were arbitrarily taken away. I sent 4 to 5 messages to their customer service asking what happened and recieved no response.
Suggested solution:
Restored my chips they took away.
